Processes for Growing Business Profits
Web Equity has developed a strategy for online success that has been proven time and again to work. It involves three key elements: Research, Release and Deploy, or the “RRD” model for online business development. Here is a very brief discussion of each element:
The Research phase involves defining which markets should be pursued, and takes from thirty to forty-five days to complete. This includes researching online purchasing behavior, keyword research, identifying and contacting vendors and suppliers, creating a marketing plan, finalizing all costs for either product ownership or a drop ship contract, gathering resources for website content, getting domains incubated for high initial search engine ranking, etc.
The Release phase begins as soon as the research phase is completed, and involves developing the website, creating the website content, adding metrics, Taguchi Multi-Variate Testing, directory listings, blog setup, ecommerce integration, etc.
The Deploy phase begins as soon as the Release phase is completed. This involves tweaking search engine listings and domains, growing the network, contacting vendors and possible joint venture (JV) partners, conducting PPC campaigns, contributing to blogs and forums, analyzing all metrics, initiating promotions, overseeing email and banner ad campaigns, and acquiring reciprocal endorsement on websites, emails.
