The How and Why of Debt Collection Investing:

GDS Equity, LLC has brokered an arrangement whereby it can purchase large blocks of debt from numerous companies. By pooling investor contributions, our ability to purchase in large volumes increases, allowing us to secure the receivable portfolios for pennies on the dollar.

Before we purchase a debt portfolio, the data is run through our proprietary software which we have developed for the sole purpose of determining the quality and collectability of the portfolio. All portfolios are purchased as a “1st pick”  from companies that have obtained the debt directly from the credit grantor as additional assurance of quality and collectability.

In addition to our proprietary software, GDS Equity, LLC has established an exclusive collection agreement with Roosen, Varchetti & Olivier, PLLC, (RVO) which specializes in U.S. & International collection of commercial, retail, transportation and insurance receivables. Our volume purchases and exclusive agreement have allowed us to secure specialized legal collections at a fraction of what the industry and credit grantors pay for legal services. Furthermore, the efficiency of the collection process for each GDS portfolio is closely monitored with integrated collection software shared with RVO to insure the highest rate of return possible.

TYPICAL PORTFOLIO LIQUADATION RATES FOR GDS EQUITY, LLC:

GDS EQUITY, LLC Purchases a prescreened $1,000,000.00 portfolio.

• 2% of the portfolio is collected within the first 90 days;
• 14.8% of the portfolio is collected within the first year of purchase;
• 20% + of the portfolio is collected within the next 4 years.

The Rate of Return for each portfolio determines the time frame in which the investor will realize the return and profit on his/her note.  Said time can be as little as 90 days to a maximum of 3-5 years.
